古城村Guchengcun (Ancient City Village)

Tomb. Between 1986 and 1992, ancient tombs west of the city walls of an Eastern Zhou-Qin-Han ancient city near Guchengcun repeatedly yielded Eastern Zhou and Western Zhou round coins. According to Zhou Jianya, several batches of Eastern Zhou and Western Zhou round coins found in Luoyang in recent years all came from this location. A batch was discovered in the spring of 1992, including one 'Western Zhou' round coin now held by the China Numismatic Museum. Tomb. Among them, one specimen was a double-obverse (hebei) spade coin.
