Description
遗址，6枚出土在6号探方，一枚出土在3号探方。作者仅挑选最大和最小的两枚测量。1982年秦陵考古队配合基本建设清理这一遗址。遗址是东陵边上一个制陶作坊，可能服务附近的秦东陵。专门烧纸砖瓦建材。报告推测年代应当在秦昭王到秦统一之前（221BCE）
Site. 6 pieces were found in Trench 6 and 1 in Trench 3; the author selected only the largest and smallest for measurement. In 1982 the Qin Mausoleum Archaeological Team cleared this site in connection with construction work. The site is a pottery workshop beside the Eastern Mausoleum of Qin, likely serving that mausoleum, and was dedicated to firing brick-and-tile building materials. The report estimates a date between the reign of King Zhaoxiang of Qin and the Qin unification (221 BCE).

Finds included a pool, an underground structure, pottery kilns, and other features; one bronze Ban Liang mold was recovered, 30 cm long and 10 cm wide. This area may be the location of the Zhiyang Palace.
