Description
不明，遗址位于鱼池村西北，据说为秦始皇修筑陵墓取土积水而得名。1975年对秦始皇陵园周围进行调查时候发现，陆续在附近搜集到不少出文物。调查中发现遗址北部一个小土坑中发现半两钱538枚，出土时南北三排并列，除半两钱以外别无他物。板瓦上有官营制陶作坊的标记，简报推测此处可能是修筑陵墓时候的官邸建筑。
Unclear. The site lies northwest of Yuchi ("Fish Pond") Village, said to be named for the pond formed by earth-borrowing during construction of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang. Discovered during a 1975 survey around the mausoleum precinct, with numerous artifacts collected in the area since. The survey found 538 Ban Liang coins in a small pit in the northern part of the site, arranged in three rows running north-south, with nothing else present. The flat roof tiles bear marks of official pottery workshops; the brief report suggests this may have been an official residence building associated with construction of the mausoleum.
