Description
不明，郑庄位于临潼县东北4.5公里，地属晏寨公社。1973年冬，社员毛寸子在村南取土时，挖出数件铁锤。此后数年间，我们在该地陆续进行调查和局部清理，确认此处应为一座规模较大的石料加工场遗址。遗址中还发现若干铁制刑具。由于该地靠近秦始皇陵，推测此工场为始皇陵工程提供石料加工服务。
Unclear. Zhengzhuang is 4.5 km northeast of Lintong County seat, under Yanzhai Commune. In the winter of 1973, commune member Mao Cunzi dug up several iron hammers while removing earth south of the village. Over the following years, surveys and partial clearances at the site confirmed it to be a large stone-working site; several iron restraint implements were also found there. Given its proximity to the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, this workshop is thought to have supplied stone-processing services for the mausoleum project.
