四家子镇老虎山村Sijiazi Zhen Laohushan Cun

原表行号：248；原表总数：2781；原表总重：50kg；不明，1974年10—12月和1975年秋，敖汉旗四家子公社老虎山大队，在搞农田基本建设时，发现了一批战国和秦汉时代文物，其中较重要的有秤权一件。 老虎山遗址位于老虎山东约1公里的台地上，南距小凌河约0.5公里，遗址高出河床约10米。遗址面积较大，南北约300、东西约500米。文化层厚约3—5米。文化层底层发现有陶片、石器等遗物和火烧居住面、土坯、石垒墙等遗迹。属于夏家店下层文化堆积。上层及地表分布有大量的战国和秦汉遗物，如板瓦、筒瓦、陶片等，还有少量的鱼骨盆残片。 过去，这里曾出土过一批文物。据社员说，四十年前曾出土过两件铁权，形似馒头状，顶端有铁纽，重六十余斤；1970年在遗址西侧还出土了上百件铁铸等生产工具；1974年春，又在遗址南侧出土了七十余枚方足布。1974年冬的发现最为丰富，有铁权一件（图一；图五，12），燕匕刀币五十多斤（图二）（出土时放在一陶罐内）。铁器有：镬（图五，11）5件，钺（图五，5，6）9件，錾（图五，9）1件，斧（图五，4）6件，镰头（图五，1—3，7，8）14件（可分三式），半月形双孔铁招子（图五，10）1件。大部分有使用痕迹。铁前锈600余枚，有一小部分带有三棱锥钝。

From October-December 1974 and again in autumn 1975, the Laohushan Production Brigade of Sijiazi Commune, Aohan Banner, uncovered a batch of Warring States and Qin-Han artifacts while carrying out basic farmland construction; among the more important finds was a bronze weight. The Laohushan site sits on a terrace about 1 km east of Laohushan ("Tiger Mountain"), about 0.5 km south of the Xiaoling River and roughly 10 m above the riverbed. The site is fairly large, about 300 m north-south by 500 m east-west, with a cultural layer 3-5 m thick, belonging to the Lower Xiajiadian culture at its base, with abundant Warring States and Qin-Han remains (roof tiles, pottery sherds, fish-bone-pattern basin fragments) in the upper layer and on the surface. Previous finds here include two mid-20th-century iron weights (over 60 jin each), over a hundred cast-iron tools found in 1970, more than 70 square-foot spade coins found in spring 1974, and the richest assemblage in winter 1974: one iron weight and over 50 jin of Yan-state dagger-shaped knife coins found together in a pottery jar, along with iron cauldrons, axes, a chisel, sickle heads, and a double-holed iron rake head, plus over 600 additional iron-rusted coins.
