Unknown. The walled site is located on the north bank of the Yusi River, 300 meters south of the Great Wall line. The city wall is built of rammed earth, square in plan, 50 meters to a side, with collapsed sections up to 12 meters high and 5-6 meters wide. A gate opens in the south wall, eroded by the present-day river, with the gate opening now 5-6 meters wide. There is a beacon tower northeast of the walled site. The surface and soil layers within the walled site contain gray pottery tall-stemmed bamboo-jointed dou-vessels, gray pottery bowls, gray pottery cord-stamped fu-cauldrons, gray pottery jars, pots, and large quantities of broken gray pottery cord-marked flat and semi-cylindrical roofing tiles and eave tiles and other building materials. In 1975 a straight-blade bronze short sword was unearthed at the walled site, and in 1978 a hoard of knife coins was also unearthed.
