前古城村Qiangucheng Cun (Village of the Former Ancient City)

不明，1986年3月23日，舞阳县博物馆收到章华乡前古城村张缪纯同志交献的一块楚国“郢爰”。这块金币长2.3、宽1.5、厚0.4厘米。重18克。上铸“郢爰”二字，仅一印，涂朱。背面有阴刻“木”字。三面均有截断痕迹（图一）。 征集，1983年计划生育委员会主任杨黑妮和周声远分别在舞阳周汉故城的东墙与北墙上分别拾到魏国大桥足布6枚 不明，朱帜本人在东不羹城旧址发现，1956年

On March 23, 1986, the Wuyang County Museum received a piece of Chu-state "Ying Yuan" gold currency donated by Comrade Zhang Miaochun of Qiangucheng Village, Zhanghua Township. This gold piece measures 2.3 cm long, 1.5 cm wide, and 0.4 cm thick, and weighs 18 grams. It bears the cast characters "Ying Yuan", stamped only once, with red pigment applied; the reverse has an incised character "mu" (木). All three sides show cutting marks (Fig. 1). Collected: in 1983, Yang Heini, director of the Family Planning Committee, and Zhou Shengyuan separately picked up 6 large bridge-foot spade coins (da qiaozu bu) of the state of Wei on the east and north walls of the ancient Zhou-Han city (Zhou Han Gucheng) in Wuyang. Unclear: Zhu Zhi himself found it at the former site of the ancient city of Dongbugeng, in 1956.
