Description
窖藏，滦平热河承德府以西约五里，昭和十年九月（1935年9月）兵营建筑工事时在原清代官衙内的井户发掘是，在地下2米发现一个陶壶，其中包含明刀。民工打破陶壶取出刀币，其中散失部分。总数大约有两千枚获更多，分藏京都帝国大学，总督府博物馆，平壤府立博物馆。
Hoard. Luanping is about 5 li west of Rehe (Chengde) prefectural seat; in Showa 10, September (September 1935), while building military fortifications, a pottery hu vessel containing Ming knives was found 2 m below the surface in a well within the former Qing-dynasty government office compound. Laborers broke the pottery hu open to remove the coins, and some were lost in the process. A total of roughly 2,000-plus pieces were obtained, distributed among the Imperial University of Kyoto, the Governor-General's Museum, and the Pyongyang Municipal Museum.
