阮城Ruancheng

不明，公桥乡阮城村谷河南岸，县文物保护单位，东周、汉，又名'原鹿故城'，南北宽约1千米，东西长约1.7千米，面积1.7平方千米，土筑城墙及护城河尚能辨别，采集的遗物有战国时的铜戈、弩戟、铜镞、蚁鼻钱、秦'半两'钱；汉代的五铢钱、铜镜、印、带钩和陶钫、罐、鼎等，发现年份原文未注。据《后汉书·地理志》载：'汝南郡有原鹿国'。同址另出秦半两，见本表相邻行。

Context unknown. South bank of the Gu River, Ruancheng Village, Gongqiao Township; a county-level protected cultural-relics site; Eastern Zhou and Han periods; also known as the old city of Yuanlu. About 1 km north-south and 1.7 km east-west, covering 1.7 sq km; the earthen wall and moat are still distinguishable. Finds include Warring-States bronze dagger-axes, halberds, arrowheads, ant-nose coins, and Qin "Ban Liang" coins, and Han-dynasty Wuzhu coins, bronze mirrors, seals, and belt hooks, and pottery fang vessels, jars, and ding-tripods. The discovery year is not recorded in the source. According to the Treatise on Geography in the Book of the Later Han, "Runan Commandery had the state of Yuanlu."
