Description
治城故城。在州西。本古注邑。史记：“魏文侯三十二年，败秦于注。”后汉志：“梁县有注城，后讹为治城。”北魏、晋治城县属汝北郡。水经注：“梁县北有注城，今置治城县是也。”高齐省入梁县。括地志：“注城在汝州梁县西十五里。”寰宇记：“注城南面已为汝水所毁。”
