Description

He Linyi proposed that there were two places named Xiang in Henan that could be the issuing city for these coins. The Xiang located in present-day Jiyuan County was renamed Gaoping during the middle Warring States period. Therefore, Xiang in Changshe County is the most plausible minting city. This Xiang was located approximately 20 km southeast of Yushi County(He 1992).
