Description
《水经注·河水》吐京郡治。故城，即土军县之故城也。《元和郡县图志》“石楼县，本汉土军县也，属西河郡。晋省。后魏孝文帝于此城置吐京郡，即汉土军县。盖胡俗音讹，以军为京也。一般认为土军县治就在今天的石楼县治灵泉镇。这一区域没有报道过战国的遗存。县城以北的塔子上村曾出土过一批2件春战之际的青铜鼎。
Tujun is identified with present-day Lingquan town, Shilou County. Pointed-foot spade inscriptions read Tujun (土匀), which refers to this same mint town.
