Located in the west of the Watou Village, Zhichuan Town, Hancheng. The east-west wall is 1.75 km, south-north wall is 1.5 km. The width of the city wall is 6-14 m. In the northeastern part of the site, ten rammed-earth building platforms survive, with remaining heights of 1.7–2.4 meters. Pottery kilns, iron-smelting remains, and cemetery areas have also been found both inside and outside the city. The Shiji records that in the eleventh year of the reign of King Huiwen, Shaoliang was renamed Xiayang. According to the annotation in the Shiji zhengyi, Xiayang was located south of Hancheng County, which corresponds well with the location of the city site. In October 1993, a spade coin bearing the inscription Liang banjin, together with a fragmentary coin mold, was found south of Chenggu Village, close to the city site.
